General terms and conditions

Surcharges:

For short stays (under 3 days) we charge an extra of 3.00 Euros / per day.

Double room single use – surcharge of 10.00 Euros / per day!


Methods of payment:

Cash, cheque or bank transfer paid in advance.

We do not accept credit cards! (There's a safe in each room)


General conditions

Prices are to be intended per person and for the explicitly indicated period and treatment. Children's reduction can be applied only in case of children sharing parents room (2 adults).

The room is at your disposal from 15 pm.  In case of arrivals after 18 pm please give us early communication. We also kindly ask our guests to leave the room within 10 am.

Reservation is considered as definitive as soon as the payment of 150.00 Euros / per room has been recieved. This amount can be paid in advance trough bank transfer:

The above mentioned deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Please also check the other terms in case of cancellation of the booked holiday. Till one month before arrival: no penalty, otherwise we'll keep 50% of the paid amount. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 70% of the paid amount for the non-taken holiday. We recommend our guests to stipulate a cancellation policy. For non-taken activities and services we do not refund our guests.
